Apply for Funding
The Funding Committee receives applications from registered children's charities for specific purposes and/or special projects associated with a child or children.
Examples of the types of projects we fund include:
- Purchase of medical equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, walking frames);
- Funding for medical operations and other special requirements;
- Programs – camps, parenting, communication, life skills;
- Housing for homeless/street kids;
- Counseling;
- Financial assistance;
- Therapy options, and
- Research.
The Zig Zag Foundation will NOT fund administration, marketing or wage costs (admin/management based).
Annual closing date for Funding Applications is:
- October 31st
